Oh , the engine swap went well and I've since had another out to replace the clutch. A considerable job on the 1200 8V Guzzis.
Anyway pictures and a little description...
I had my disc counter bored and button heads sat in neatly. Still was going to be tight so machined a few mm off the brake caliper hanger. Wheel is lined up centrally. Also had to have the rear sprocket carrier machined to align with the front sprocket.

Finished with the rear for the moment.

As I said before, the TDM850 front end went in only awkward parts so far were the different style of steering stops. Ended up welding 20mm tubing on to the original stops.
The ignition switch holder needed a bit of adjustment to retain the original position.

Not much further to go , but time wise who knows ?
